So I've been bad again... LV came out with a new Vernis cles color: Griotte! It's a dark dark burgundy/maroon and has shimmer! I was soooo sad that I didn't snag the Pomme D'amor cles :( I do have the Pomme 4 key holder. Anyway the Griotte is a raspberry color. Like with most Vernis pieces, the color changes depending on the light. Amarante for example looks dark but in the sunlight you see the deep purple hue. At first I wasn't sure about the Griotte color but after I saw her in sunlight, I was in love!! While it's not Pomme, I almost like it equally!
I snagged a pre loved Celine Micro in Souris. The bag is smaller than expected and I wonder if I should have gotten the Mini... It's about the size of a GST or Speedy 30. The Mini from you tube videos looks ginormous, similar to the Neverfull GM! I'm keeping it as it's in great condition!!! 2012 with the serial code having two lines and then made in Italy. Hello,could you please help me with this new griotte color?is it more brown or deep red?my husband bought alma Vernis in griotte,but I haven't seen it yet as he is abroad. I surfed LV website for this color,but it looks different from the pictures my husband sent me.thanks for your help;)
ReplyDeleteIt's definately not brown, but rather a deep red with brown undertones? If you go to their website, on my computer screen, their picture of the cles looks how the color looks with little light. Once you're outside, the color is like a raspberry sheen. Hope that helps!!
