Finally the rain stopped and I was able to give Ethan a much needed bath! It's easier to bring him to a groomer but I don't trust anyone with my dog. Also from what I've seen, the groomers seem very rough... And for $65 on average? Nahhhh I'll do it myself!
I last gave E a bath around August or September of last year. All I remember was it was a feat to try and lift my 48 pound dog into the tub!! Since hiring a trainer and getting in shape, fast forward 6 months to today. Wow! It was a breeze to lift Ethan into my soaking tub! While he wasn't thrilled with the bath, I couldn't believe how easy it was! I can wait to see my trainer this Wednesday to tell him what I can now do!!
Tomorrow I'm going to run 2-3 miles now that my nifty arm strap for my iPhone is here. I was using my purple iPod shuffle but I couldn't track my average speed, terrain, and exact distance. I downloaded the "map my run" app. I tried it once but forgot to hit start... So tomorrow I can finally try it again!!! Yay!!
